windows 2000 server error

I am tring to install windows 2000 server but can not get it to install.I
keep getting error message error # 7. Any on know what this means and how to
work around it. I have a MPC Nf3400 with two 800MHz CPU's and 1 GHz or RAM.

At what point do you see this error?
 
Try replacing and or removing a stick of RAM

It happens right after it asks when to installand then starts to install the
files to hard drive it needs to install windows 2000 server.

No this did not help I took the RAM out of my computer and put in the server.
I get the same error #7.
