Windows 2000 Server Administration Tools

Does anyone know if Windows XP is compatible with Windows
2000 Administration Tools (Active Directory). If it's not
compatible, does anyone know a way around it.

no. you would need to download admin pack forWindows 2003 from microsoft
site to run AD tools on XP.
