Windows 2000 Server Access Rights

I believe Server Operators on a server is equivalent to Power Users on a
workstation, if that is what you're referring to.

Power users is still available as a local machine group. You can add a domain users
account to the local power users group on a particular server if you need to with the
exception of domain controllers. --- Steve
