Windows 2000 scheduled job without password

I am trying to do something that should be very simple.
Basically, all I want to do is run a lock script when the pc is idle
for 10 minutes.
I did this fine in Windows scheduler but corporate policy dictates
that we change our passwords every month and that means I would have
to manually update these jobs as well.
AT with /interactive works great without passwords, but there is no
"run when idle" setting for it.
Does anybody know of a way I can accomplish what I'd like to do
without having to manually maintain the passwords?
A "run when idle" switch for AT would be ideal or anything similar...
Thanks in advance.

Create a special account for scheduled tasks, and set its
password so that it never expires.
