windows 2000 Resouce Kit Supplement 1

[Confused]

OK, What the hell is up with this windows 2000 Resouce Kit
Supplement 1. I have looked all over for this piece of
software and there is no mention of it on microsofts site
unless your trying to follow one of the HOW-TO's. I also
have a MSDN subcription and it doesn't reside there
either. Does supplement 1 exsist? Where the hell can I get
it?
