When I connected to ISP I try to log into MSN (6.1) and get the following
message :
failed you may be behind a firewall 0x81000365. I do not have nortons,
disabled my virus protection ad aware and spysweeper . Also cannot log on to
network ( am doing this thru my pc) . When I check properties in IE the
following is found:
Cannot find server
Address: res://c:\winnt\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http:/www.google.com
Tried to run regsvr32 shdoclc.dll and foll message comes up: "shdoclc was
loaded but dll register server may not be exported or a corrupt version of sh
doclc.dll may be in memory. Consider using Pview to detect and remove it."
Please do not tell me to donwload something from the net as I cant get on to
the net.
As I am not a real techie any advice out there.
Thanks in advance.

Better to ask them here.

For the network issue, it's difficult to say without some details of the
network topology and any error message you receive.
