Su: Windows 2000 Pro update, Traditional Chinese

Can I get this anywhere? Can I have it sent to me somehow?
These updates are too large for dial-up. So, I would pay
Microsoft for their update disk. But this site leaves
little to be admired as far as support or related info, so
I'm asking for help on this post. Thanks.
