windows 2000 floppy boot disks flash bios

Oops. Text didn't get saved. Ok, created 4 floppy boot
disks from makeboot on cd. When I boot from those 4
floppies I get the windows setup/repair screen. I need to
get to the DOS prompt to flash the bios on my mother
board. I've tried setting the boot config setup to "boot
to os," with no luck. Question is, using the 4 boot
floppies, how to get to the DOS prompt?

Think I found something in the hardware section... The
note says,
"Get a boot image disk for MS-DOS 6.22 and boot from it.
Then run the flash program."
Anyone tried this?

Thx.

Additionally, most recent-generation BIOS updates I've seen create a
bootable floppy on their own.
