Windows 2000 error: 126 The specified module could not be found

Hello everyone.

I ran Microsoft updates and ran anti-virus. I cannot
access internet by IP or name. I can do tracert and ping
by IP only.
nslookup does not work. I reinstalled TCP/IP stack.
This is standalone Win 2k Prof server. also unable to run
WWW service, inetinfo and Ipsec Agent service.

start> run >cmd> ipconfig/all

check the dns server both primaary and secondary

if u r not using dhcp

config the dns server ip in TCP/IP property
