Windows 2000 compatibility with WinXP

I have a WIN 20OO server that is configured to be the
DHCP/DNS provider for the network. I want to put a WINXP
pc on the network. Will it be compatible ? Will I be
able to use the Win 2000 server to get to the internet ?
Will I be able to share drives on the network with Win
2000 pcs ?
