Windows 2000 and Missing Scandisk.exe

I just upgrade my Windows 98SE to Win2000 using the "fresh install or
whatever" option, i.e., formatting the disk, etc. So far, I'm very pleased
with it because of its smaller footprint, lighter performance, and better
error recovery. One weird thing, however. Some of the basic utilities
appear not to have been installed, in particular, Scandisk.exe -- something
especially needed because Systemworks 2003 cautions that it's not tested on
Service Pack 4 -- so I don't use it. Questions: 1.) Based on what I've
read, there should be a Scandisk.exe installed. Or am I wrong on this? 2.)
If it should be there and is not, how do I go about getting a copy of it?

Thanks In Advance.

It has a different name. From a command prompt;
chkdsk /f
