Windows 2000 128 bit Encryption

I am having problems loading 128 bit encryption - when
downloading the pack it records as missing SUCOMCT2.DLL
and ADVINS16.DLL.

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
If you apply at least Service Pack 2, I believe, you should have that encryption
strength included. -- Steve
