Windows 200 Server and XP Licenses

Hi

Can anyone tell me why Windows XP Pro machines are taking up licenses under
my Windows 2000 Server/ Terminal Terminal Services environment?

Because *every* client that connects to a TS needs a TS CAL.

BUT: W2K Pro and XP Pro clients should receive a free TS CAL from the
build-in pool of "Existing Windows 2000 licenses", Type: build-in,
Available: Unlimited.

If they are issued a purchased TS CAL, something is wrong.
If that's the case, check the EventLog on the TS for more
information.

Thanks for that, but there is no information in teh Event Logs.
