It depends on a lot of variables like the system it is installed on as well
as that system's configuration. You might want to visit the WindowsBlinds
website to check for any known issues.

THIS IS STRICTLY MY OPPINION (so Windowblind fans, don't jump on me).
I have used WindowBlinds on and off for 4 years. In PAST (don't know
about current) versions I have noticed WB to be quite a resource
drain. I have also had some rather nasty side effects from bugs.
With the coming of XP, I have used nothing but "StyleXP".
There were a few bugs in early releases, but all (to my knowledge)
have been ironed out. StyleXP has an option to "use no resources",
and basically patches the DLL Microsoft's themes uses. I can not tell
any difference between using Microsofts Themes, and ones I have
downloaded using StyleXP. I would highly reccomend it. They also
have a "DLL patch" for free download that allows you to use 3rd party
themes (but you have to apply them manually, vs automatically with the
paid version). Paid version also comes with a Logon and Wallpaper
changer.

StyleXP is shareware, so you try it first (15 days?) to see if it
suits your needs.
