I searched the Internet on many keywords etc, can't find the
answer...
How do I synchronise the clock of Windows98 PC's with the Time
on the Windows 2000 domain network.

The solution turned out to be quite simple:
run the following command (make it part of a startup batchfile
or logon script):
net time \\timemasterpc /set /yes
It's a one time sync, usually ok for PC's that are shutdown at
the end of the workday.
