"0x7c91142e" referenced memory at "0x00000000" could not read

Whatever item (Windows component, application program, device driver,
etc) that is using memory address 0x7c91142e tried to read an invalid
(or at least uninitialized) memory address. This is usually a
programming error.

What application program were you using at the time this error
occurred, and which specific task or function within that application
was it that triggered the error report?

Can you reproduce the error?

Good luck
