Window XP Home Edition, Multiple Accounts & Outlook

Each time I switch between user accounts (typically
logging off each time) and start-up Outlook, it report an
abnormal termination and aborts. When I start it up
again it is fine!

Any ideas?
 
What version of Outlook? Have you tried Detect and Repair?
