How can do I DISABLE the Window update featur in the Internet explorer under
TOOL - Window update?

Also where I configure the auto username and password in GPO. So, when I
ture on the PC. It knows the username and password and auto logon to the
system without user intervention.

"UserConf\AdmTemp\Start Menu and Taskbar" -> "Remove links and access to
Windows Update". But watch out: if you enable that policy, your users
will no longer be able to access Windows Update. Neigher via
Start->Windows Update nor IE.

What do you mean by that? You boot your machine and it loads a user's
profile and desktop without asking for username and password?
