Window Task Manager Annoyance

Hello,

I like to have the Windows Task Manager in my system tray. I have selected
"Minimize on use" and "Hide when minimized" but when I minimize it it does
not go into the system tray.

I've had this problem before. It would work for weeks then decide to not
go to the system tray. Then later decide that it would go to the system
tray.

Are others having this problem? Is there a fix for it?

Logoff and logon perhaps? The Notification Area(system tray) gets a bit
confused after a couple "explorer restarts".
