Window size

When i go to outlook properties to check email accounts my
window size is smaller than what I can read and I cannot
expand the size. I dont know if this is happening on other
programs right now. Can someone please help.
 
Change the screen resolution. R-click the desktop, Properties, Settings,
and move the slider left a notch or two and apply.
