Window Shortcut folder does not hold its position

Hi All,



I have about 8 different shortcut folders with different icons. The problem
is when I open each folder shortcut I expect it to be in a specific area on
the desktop, but lately I noticed it does remember the last position it was
opened.



Any idea how to fix it?
