Window Scrolling

It's driving me crazy! Whenever a window with a scroll bar opens, the window
starts jumping up and down. Scroll boxes do the same thing. Can you help me?

Could be an issue with the video driver. Check for and download the
newest drivers for your card from the website of its manufacturer.
