Window refresh problem

Hi all,

Funny problem - new computer, XP pro, all updates, etc. - sometimes, if I
create a new folder in a window or drag an item into it, it doesn't show up
until I hit Refresh (or close and re-open said window). Same thing if I
delete something. Problem is intermittent, doesn't always happen. Something
set wrong somewhere? Video driver problem? Something else? Any clues
appreciated.
