Window Picture and fax viewer

I have been having a few problems but the most critical is that the above
will not start. Please can anyone advise me on how to reinstall this
feature?

Thanks, I tried that but load library in windows cant find the file. How do
I go about finding it and installing it?
 
It should already be on your system in the Windows\System32 folder. If
not, go to Windows\System32\Dllcache and locate it there. Copy it from
there to the Windows\System32 folder.

You can also use the command as:

REGSVR32 C:\Windows\System32\SHIMGVW.DLL
