Window opening at Start up

Hello out there,
Using Windows XP Pro, when I boot the system, a window
pops up automatically showing the C:\windows\system32
folder.
How can I stop this from opening automatically ? The
folder is not in the startup folder of the start menu.
Looking forward to your hints.

I Identified the program ... ist the /L:ENG ... in one of
the DATA Strings in Registry as per Rock's KB Input
below !
