Everything works fine in Windows Movie maker until I try to put movies in the
storyboard for editing. The error states that the instruction at "0x7482723a"
referenced memory at "0x78757171". The memory could not be "read". Ran
memtst86 which found no problems. Any one have any suggestions?

Windows XP Professional SP2
256M Memory
40Gig Serial ATA Drive
Celeron(R) 2.42 GHz Processor
Rage 128 PRO II 4x AGP Card / ATI

Something Else I just tried. It doesn't feeze when puting pictures in the
storyboard. I am stumped.

I found the problem myself by thouroghly looking through the Windows Movie
Maker program. I found where it talks about compatibility filters and there
were about 30 listed. I found the right filter to deselect. It fixed the
problem but I then had no sound. I then looked at some of the other filters
and tried them with some results. I then remembered I tried installing
another sound card which never worked. We'll I uninstalled the drivers and
programs associated with it and those 30 files dissapeared leaving only one
my current video driver. I guess knowing your system inside and out really
helps.
