Window Media Player CD Copying Problem

Until recently I had no problem copying a CD to my hard
drive. For whatever reason, it doesn't work anymore in
either Windows Media Player or RealPlayer. I did
download and upgrade to version 9 of Media Player,
although I don't think that's the problem. When I try to
copy with Media Player I get a message that Media Player
does not recognize the error.

Are there any suggestions? Thank you.
