Window Freeze

Can any one please advise me whats going on. I have Vista Ultimate on
installing I lost sound so I went to Creative and downloaded the drivers for
my XI Fi elite pro all went well but still no sound. I re- installed the
creative theatre drivers all went well with DTS sound for a couple of days
then the screen froze the mouse moved but did nothing apart from moce
keybaord also did not work. I uninstalled the theatre drivers vis safe mode
still nothing I uninstalled the sound drivers still nothing I uninstall
openal aha yes it works. Can anyone please help me get my sound back!!!!

You're going to want to visit the creative support site. Those drivers are
beta, at best. They where last updated in December so...yeah...creative has
lost many customers over this.
