Window Focus

Is there anyway to turn OFF having completed windows changing focus of a
window to the front? Ex: If I'm working on multiple tabs and one of the
tabs wants my attention, it pop to the front - annoying. Happens when emails
finish downloading too. XP had an option where the taskbar item would flash.

It will stop applications from stealing focus.

Paul, I downloaded that fix for the focus, logged off/on, and it doesn't seem
to be working. What can I do?
