Window boots up and lets me log in but then theres nothing there

When I boot up windows I get tot he log in screen log in and then there is
nothing there. The ony thing i canget to come up is the task manager. When I
say that nothings there i mean liek no icons no stat bar the only thing I see
is my pointer and my backround. Any help?

Try running explorer.exe via the Task Manager.
