can i ask some silly doubts?

#1 will the code written for pocket pc 2003 will support
standardsdk_420
if yes. I had tried but one error is coming astdapi.h is not included.
If no then how to write my own code for standardsdk_420 (sms
application).

#2 how to deevelop application for wince based device?

#1 - maybe yes, maybe no. If it uses any PPC-specific items, then no.

#2 - get an SDK for the target device from the device OEM and build using
it.
