Hello!
Questions:
1.What is WinASPI!
2.If I cancel the file of WinASPI,where can I download
this file back to my computer?

The 'ASPI layer' is an old method of supporting devices on SCSI
connections, and also in some older CD burning software, even with
non-SCSI drives. These days few programs still use it. Best if you
feel it is getting in the way (it is not that big, and I would not
delete it unless there *was* trouble you could identify with it) is to
move it to another folder, from which you could copy it back

But all the files for it are wnaspi. . . without the i - so if you are
seeing something saying it is missing WinASPI specifically I would be
suspicious of it being a trojan trying to pretend to be something
innocent
