winami32.exe?? What is it?

Does anyone have any idea of what winami32.exe is or what it does? It gets
installed in C:\Windows\system32 and was appearing in my startup list. I did
not recognise it and as I was getting attacked by browser hijackers, I
disabled it. Now my WinXP startup is very slow, and I wonder if disabling
this exe is the cause of that? Can't find anything on any of the search
engines or forums about this prog.
