WIN98 TO WINXP

I recently installed WINXP Home Edition to replace my
WIN98. My expectation was to start "fresh", clean hard
drive, etc., what I got was to OS systems. How do I go
about cleaning my entire hard drive and starting with
a "fresh" one to include WINXP?

Change your bios to boot from the XP cd, format your drive and start a clean
install.
