WIN98 and OUTLOOK

Am doing some volunteer work in an office using an old PC with Win98.
It has Outlook but it has not got the CALENDAR faciltity to save
appointments, etc.
They dont have the original CDs and thery are NOT connectrd to the net.
So ineed to down load OE at home (here now) to take and install in the
office.
Can someone point me in the right direction please? Where to get it,. etc?

You're post is very confusing (and should be in an Office related news group
in any case). To my knowledge you can't install Outlook without the
calendar component. It's part of the program. Also, you cite Outlook but
say you want to download OE which is Outlook Express. Outlook Express is
built into Windows and updated through Windows update. Outlook is not free
and cannot be downloaded. Perhaps you could clarify your question and
repost it in an appropriate group.

Outlook Express and Outlook are two different programs. Outlook has the
calendar/appt module. Outlook Express does not.

I apologize for teh confusion...

yes I have OE but I need a calendar so I guess i need Outlook.
Is that a separate software or it can be downloaded from microsoft's?

No need to apologize. You aren't the first nor will you be the last person
to be confused by the similar names.

Trial versions of two different Office 2003 packages are available.

On CD:

They are good for 60 days and then you must purchase or uninstall the
program(s).

No problem. Outlook is a separate program. It is included with MS Office
or can be purchased separately.
