Win32_MoveFileAction How to use?

Hi Everybody,
I wanted to copy a folder (or set of files) from a machine to
another machine. Can I use this Win32_MoveFileAction ? Atleast the
msdn doc says this is the purpose, but I dont know how to use this.
Can anybody throw light on this?

The filesystemobject is not WMI, but it can copy files or folders.
