Win32 Wormblaster virus

I've downloaded the "fix" from Microsoft and installed it
with no problem; however, when I do a virus scan with
Norton Anti-Virus, I still have the virus and it's unable
to be repaired, deleted or quaranteened. Anyone know the
solution to this problem?
