win2k3 server is not accessed from client side system as they have admin
rights.
but with admin account it is accessible.

Do you have a question about the database software Microsoft Access?

You made a statement here, which a) does not appear to ask any question and b)
appears to have to do with Windows Server, not with Access, which is the
subject of this newsgroup.
