Win2K SP4 will not install

I have a simillar problem.
SP4 don't like my kernel, it tells me it's not an
microsoft system file. Because i've same problems with the
explorer, it may be corrupt.

May anybody help me?

I have just downloaded the network version of SP4 (all
125MB) and have installed it no problem.....

One sugestion tho' is to make sure you have admin rights
to your local system
