WIN2K SP4: Problems with Word after upgrade

Have installed SP4 on WIN2K Professional... after
performing upgrade, Word (Office 2000) makes my system
dump. Message is...

Stop: 0X000001E (0XC0000005, 0x8046B6DE, 0x0000001,
0x0000000)
Kmode_exception_not_handled

Address 8046B6DE base at 80400000, date stamp 3ee6C002 -
NTOSKRNL.EXE

Have seached knowledge base as well as tried repairing
Office... niether have worked.

This is probably going to make things much worse but there have been recent
updates to office2000. Is your office up to date?
