Win2k server automatically rebooting

We are having a problem with a Windows 2000 server that
just began automatically rebooting. This has happened
three times in the past 24 hours.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
If so, what are possible fixes?
 
If you turn off Automatically Reboot(Control Panel, System, Advanced,
Startup and Recovery), you should have a BSOD with the error details
available for you to read. Also look in the event logs for pertinent
info as to the problem.
