Win2K Logon Problems

I just installed Win2K pro onto a computer and had both
default and Admin have no password. But when I try to
login using either name, the system immediately logs out
and takes me back to the login page. and since I can't
login, I can't run anything to figure out what is going
on. If someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate
it.

I think I had about the same problem you did.. I couldnt
figure out why it was doing it, but just try reinstallign
and setting the passwords like like admin or something,
since you jus tinstalled the OS it shouldn't be a problem.
 
This problem is probably not related to the password but is often
caused by userinit.exe being inaccessible, either because of
inappropriate permissions or because the disk structure has
changed. Did you change some of your NTFS permissions?
How many drives do you have? Are your partitions NTFS or FAT?
