Win2K Doesn't know my 2nd HD is already NTFS

Hi there,
I have 2 hard-drives on my system. The 2nd one just has a
bunch of data.
When I re-installed Win2K on the 1st drive, win2K doesn't
seem to see that the 2nd drive is already formatted (NTFS)
and contains data.
Anyone know a way to "force" win2k (or tell win2k) that a
drive is already formatted with NTFS ?

Rahter then telling us what it DOESN'T see it would be more helpfull if you
described how it DOES see it: Is the partition/volume detected, and if so
how (DiskManagement)
