WIN2K COM/OLE Error when starting Nero

Does anyone have any idea about this error message;

"A error using COM/OLE occurs please check installation of
COM on your computer"

and what I can do to fix it.

It only comes up when I try to fire up nero 6.0.0.15.
I am currently running Windows 2000 SP2.
