Is it possible to image a 2 node cluster? I need to have the same cluster
configuration on 13 2 node clusters and I want to just push out an image.

No you cannot do that. Maybe you can script this configuration instead
(scripting the cluster service is not very difficult)

tells you explicitly what services you cannot sysprep.
