My questions refer to Win2003 but since I didn't find a special group for
that I'll ask here.

1. I need to upgrade to win2003 from win2000, and I have subscription for
MSDN from where I have the CD. Does it demand a serial/activation?

2. What is the difference between Web edition and Enterprise edition?

1.) Yes, but has a five user limit and is licensed for development only.
