Win2000 runs in safe mode, problems in regular mode

My Windows2000 professional system runs perfectly in safe
mode, including networking. However in regular mode,
Outlook, IE, Word and many other applications will not
start up. I can't open folders either. If I access the
system from the cmd line, I can run some applications a
even open Word documents. Any advice on where I should
start trying to fix this problem?

At this address you may d/l a Demo version which will define the errors in
Registry. While this version correct only some of the errors you will have
description off all. Registration ($19.95) wil repair the whole lot.
