win2000 pro memory dump error blue screen rebooting

hi, my laptop don't have a cdrom drive so I am unable to reload the window. The error I get is memory dump and it keep rebooting. I can get into window safe mode. I tried to change write debugging info. to none, but still didn't work

Do you have another solution ? please help

Download a network boot disk from http://www.nu2.nu/bootdisk/network/, then
make a connection to the shared CD drive on some networked PC so that you
can reload Win2000.
 
Hi paul,

1) Remove any addition H/W cards ( sound/video capture
etc if you hadded)
2) In case if you have low RAM, add more RAM. ( mIN
128MB )
check with Different RAM
3) Please check all data cables for HDD ( if any one of
them is loose it might happen like this )
4) Make sure that all cards are fitted properly.
5) restart in safe mode and remove any additional
drivers you have added recently.
