win2000 english TO win2000 Arabic-English,or international language support

Hello there,

I have win2000 english,,and I am on my way to learn Arabic
Language..any one have Idea for upgrading to win2000 which
enable me to install arabic programmes would be
appreciated.

you must reinstall Arabic enabld version of windows 2000
to have arabic support for programs.
