Win2000 Blue Screen

My win2000 domain server just crashed and displayed a blue
screen with the following message:

STOP: 0x000000E3 (0x81131F08, 0x83EC3500, 0x00000000,
0x00000002)

I rebooted and everything looks fine but does anyone have
a clue on what could have caused this?
